Should Sammy Sosa be considered a lock to get into the Baseball Hall of Fame after knocking 600 homers?

There is no physical proof that Sammy participated in steroid use but as we all know he is looked at in some ways as a possible user. Should this put an asterik on his Hall of Fame career?

3. In my opinion, he already was a lock for the Hall of Fame. As far as steriods go, even if true, he doesn't seem to be as associate with them as Bonds or Big Mac, so he may not have the stigma as bad.
4. nope he not a lock other than hitting the long ball he is just an at best average player
