Will a 20 run inning ever happen in major league baseball?

I love to hear what you guys think if a major league baseball team put up 20 runs in the 1st inning.

1. Anything is possible. I would think that that would be the most epic game ever. haha.
2. Yes. but it wont happen anytime soon and if it does it will be by 2 not so good teams that are equal not to great teams that ones always better than the other.. and i have to go with the underdog to win the game if u goes to a 20 inning game
3. Ever is a long time so it's hard to say no, but restricting it to the first inning makes this a near impossible occurrence...
4. Anything can happen in baseball. I don't think we will live to see this though
