Has the Chicago White Sox attendance paralleled that of major league baseball over the past 12 years?

I'm wondering if the White Sox attendance lagged behind the rest of major league baseball following the strike.

2. Cause Jerry Reinsdorf (Whitesox owner) was one of the main guys who wanted to lock out the players. And he wasn't willing to spend money on long term contracts, plus there was the whiteflag trade in 98, and the reasons go on and on and on.
