Can or do women have the arm strength to pitch against guys in college or major league baseball?

KUDOS to Mackenzie Brown the little leaguer that pitched the shutout. If she continues a career in baseball would she be able to develop into a major league pitcher and pitch well enough to strike out major league males; be on a winning team and help them win the World Series? Now THAT would be something to see! You GO girl.

1. No i dont think a girl can. if you read about it Miss. Brown is leaving the boys league and changing to Soft Ball. Because she has reached that point of playing with boys and the next step she cant keep up. but the answer will be no. thats why girls have a soft ball league.
2. Nobody has done it yet, I'm not saying it can't be done someday. There have been several female fast-pitch softball pitchers who have overwhelmed major league hitters in exhibitions, but that is a completely different sport.
